Good place to enjoy a coffee and donut
I love coming to this location on my way in and out of town! The staff is always incredibly friendly and efficient, coffee always tastes fresh. On the rare occasion my order has been wrong they are always kind and quick to fix it. No complaints!
If there was a negative rating this place would get one. Food is sloppy when prepared and constantly wrong. Staff are confrontational when approached with a problem.. I ordered through the app did t realize it was wrong until I got home I called to see if there was anything I could do. Was met with instant confrontation was told if it has happed more than once why would I bother coming back. Maybe do better tims. Like try a d actually do your job for once instead of being a self entitled confrontational nuisance
This location has had a sign out saying the speaker does not work and pull up to the window to place your order. This has been for several days so when we pulled up today and seen the sign was still posted we just went to proceed to the window we then heard someone on the speaker so backed up and said oh it works now. The manager or supervisor she was wearing black say rudely "uhh ya that's what the sign says it just doesn't tell us when you are here" this was so unnecessary as we just got use to the pulling up so didn't rea... read more
