I usually enjoy coming here before work and have always had a simple, pleasant experience. However, today was disappointing. I ordered a drink, but the staff member misheard me and gave me the wrong one. Instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake, she argued with me and insisted I hadn’t said what I clearly did. Why the hell would you clean your ice capp machines in the middle of the day?? Especially when its fricken hot out. Maybe stsrt cleaning the machines at night! So ridiculous!
