Horrible service, 25 min to get a coffee. Tried again another day managed to get the order wrong still 1 star
I completely get being a very busy Tim Hortons, after a long 2 days of not being able to eat my husband went to order my a chicken wrap and I finally take a bite and it’s chicken and EGG I have never heard of this on the menu ever… then they said ‘oh we had one egg left and we wanted to use it’ I’m sorry what? Glad I’m not allergic to egg…
I ordered the new croissant sandwich and recieved a burnt sandwich that fell apart when I picked it up all I can taste is burnt. Then I ordered a tea with one bag as per I don't enjoy a really strong tea and received 2 bags and a very very strong tea . Not impressed at all everyone I work with here always gets the wrong orders I should have learned from them
