Lancaster Tim Hortons I’ve sat inside in the evening and in the morning during the weeks and weekends ,been in the drive thru many times over the past 4 years . I just wanna shout out to the TEAM as it’s been many over the past years but ive never had a problem with the stuff not one . Sometimes my order is not right but they fix it right away as well as apologizing about 100 times for their mistake. They never seem to disappoint. he whole team is freaking awesome . We went around noon and the service speed was reasonable. This was on a Saturday.
Absolutely terrible customer service by the bigger lady with the glasses. Completely ruined my experience and was aggressive to each customer I seen her speak to after me.
The cashier she’s was yelling and all the workers didn’t like to do their job
