Food and service is usually good but my coffee cup was dirty and had something black floating in the bottom I got a picture on my phone looks like dried coffee and I got a tea
It's 10:41pm now. They guy taking the order was a Canadian guy with blue hoodie. It took 17min for him to take my order even tho there are 2 guys working together. When I asked him why are you taking too long to even take the order, he was rude. Not gonna come back here again if such employees still be there in this store. Looking through the reviews, many of them reviewed rude behavior by them employees. Management has to take a look at this very seriously. If the service is good next time, I I'll delete this review.
