This is a great Tim Hortons to stop at on your way through Smith's Falls. Bathrooms are clean and staff are very friendly.
Since when does the actual customer (not the drive thru customer) but the walk in one have to wait 20 minutes to get served. With 8 employees working and only one attempting to work the front counter, where is the manager? It would have been quicker at the 10 minute mark to get out of line and get in my car and go thru the drive thru! I think you need to check your priorities and start serving the walk in customer's over the drive thru one's. It seems to be the common occurrence at all Tim Hortons now!
