I stop for a coffee and muffin. The place was busy there were about 6 associates all were serving customers at the drive thru windows. It appears that priority has been given to the window client, for a moment I thought i was in another country,the employee's talked loudly in their own language. This disrespectful practice assured me not to return to tim Horton again not to mention that after waiting at least 10 minutes I walked out. Worst service of all Tim Hortons in the city. 2 ladies work their butt off to serve customers while the family members stand around and chat with each other. They have 2 tills but use one only. You can wait 15-20 minutes in line just to get a coffee.
If youre driving just go to the uptown one. You can get the exact same item from the same food chain, yet somehow this one falls so short of the others. The food is lazily slapped together to just get you out of there.
