I went to this tims at 10:30 in the store but they closed the doors at 10:30?? It says it closes at 11 so why are the doors closed half an hour before it actually closes? I didn't even want to order a lot, just needed a coffee! Very disappointed
Everyone was friendly enough, but I want to address a very serious situation. I brought in my own reusable coffee thermos. I watched as the server used a Tim Hortons cup to pour my coffee and then pour it into my thermos I said, “The point of my thermos is to save cups. I hope that you use that for the next customer.” Instead, I watched as she threw it out. I think the only way things are gonna change is if we all start bringing in our own reusable cups. It’s a ridiculous, wasteful situation.
