Love coming over here and having a great services all the time. Nice job done by the team members. Would love to reccommend others too.
I come here every Saturday and I see staff sweeping but not opening the other till ever though people are lined up out the door.
6:12 pm , one staff member working out back. Customers waiting to order out front and no service for 10 minutes. When staff member, Logan was questioned if they were going to serve customers. Logan told us we should see his is busy and working alone and that they have no extra staff to help. I questioned if I would be served or if I should leave and go to another location Logan wanted us to go and was mad we questioned if we would be served. We came in today to dine in and have some chili. We Said we were dining in, but still received our food in paper bags.When I asked for a ceramic plate for my roll, the staff had no idea what I was talking about. Took 3 of them to talk amongst each other to figure out what a plate was. Then said they do not have plates. We had to lay out napkins on the dirty tables to put our rolls on.
