Ordered 50 assorted timbits. Got 10 assorted and 40 plain. Savage. Staff here are also stunned. They look at you like it's an issue that you spoke to them in English. 2025 update: staff are brutal with walk-in/pick-up orders. There could be 10 people in line, and they couldnt care less if they took your order. They also barely put icing on the donuts. Worst Tims ever.
I waited over 20 minutes for a very simple order, 1 cold drink and 2 pastries. absolutely everyone got their orders before me! terrible service
