I’ve never experienced such slow service at any other Tim Horton’s. We stood at the counter for ages and I finally had to step forward and ask someone to help us. There were 5 people behind the counter and all of them were working on the drive-through and ignored us until I walked up and asked if the front counter was closed. I am a regular at Revelstoke Tim Hortons, ordering breakfast 3xper week. My biggest complaint is the coffee. I always order a a large, with 0.5 cream. They DUMP cream in my coffee nearly every time. Most times it tastes like a double or triple cream and is very light/white. Sometimes the coffee is so heavy with cream that its lukewarm and I can't taste the coffee at all. It's GROSS.
