I am leaving this review in support of my friend who ordered a muffin and it had a hair in it. Thats awful, wouldn't even wish it on my enemy. Garbage service.
Hair in the muffin. The woman at the counter didn’t even apologize, made it look like it was happening every day or something. Thankfully, she gave me a refund. Tim Hortons always SUCKED in terms of customer service, but this is a step TOO far, even for a loyal customer like me. Won’t be back.
Busy but it’s organized chaos. Great friendly staff and a clean eating area.
