Excellent service at Emerald Hills location! I’ve been to several Tim Hortons, but the Emerald Hills location in Sherwood Park stands out. The service is always quick, the store is clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. A big shoutout to Carina—she’s incredibly friendly and always makes my day with her warm attitude and smile. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Went for a quick coffee later in the evening, the staff had a bunch of family or something going back and forth from the kitchen to the car park, they where so loud and shouting it was a bloody disgusting
Had a very poor experience filling up my car. The pump was very slow and took over 10 minutes to fill a 50L tank.
