I just went through the drive-thru on my way to work. Had a simple order of a coffee, a chili and instead of the bun, a tea biscuit. I get my order and there's no tea biscuit. The lady at the window says we didn't charge you for a tea biscuit. I said but I ordered a tea biscuit. We had a whole conversation about it in substitution of the bun. She says but we didn't charge you for a tea biscuit. Cool. Now that's customer service.
It was good and service was fast.
What can I say about this Tim's but I can't about others. It's a hospital Tim's with hospital food Interesting setup you can't find at other Timmies
