I am there twice a day everyday most days are good some days are bad for the most part it is a great place because of the staff most of them
I ordered an ice cap with whip cream. I received an ice coffee with whip cream. The young girl looked annoyed so she made the ice cap but I saw no whip cream . I asked her to put whip cream in the ice cap and she kept pointing at my ice cap with her finger as if she was a mute. I looked closer at the ice cap and she was mad that she had to redo the order and she short out on the whip cream and the ice cap was watery. . Make your complaint to management if you face any problems with her so we can get a better server
Good food and ambience was really nice
They were super busy over the weekend, but they were still really friendly. You could tell they were trying hard to give good service, and they seemed to appreciate us being nice to them. My first visit, they ran out of some items, but the food was awesome. The service was fast! We appreciate them working so hard with so many people.
Customer service was horrible. Ordered a hot specialty coffee and some food. When the coffee was made it was an iced one (which I did not order) the employee had a visual display of frustration and disgust to have to remake the proper coffee. Seems that staff really don't like their job, customers or both. Definitely sad to see because Tim Hortons is usually so much better than that.
