This is my favorite tim hortons to go to in ontario I swear! I always have issues with my vanilla shot, doesnt matter how many times I get upset about the issue at other tims its never fixed. This store tho, they took the time to fix it and everytime I go its never been wrong again ( its like they did a retraining for it to be honest). The staff are always super helpful and friendly,one in particular is Roya she is my favorite, she remembers ur order and makes u feel great as shes always has a small chat with you... This tim Hortons in absolutely horrible I've gone here so many times and they can't even manage to put sugar in my coffee properly its awful service and nowhere near as good as so many other stores I've gone to it doesn't matter how many times I go there they serve coffee with absolutely no care as to the customer they serve here its so bad im no longer going to attend tim Hortons anymore....
