I love Tim Hortons and I go to a lot of different locations. This location in Port Hope is by far the kindest, best service, feel good location. Every time I go there I always have great service. The staff are consistently friendly and kind. It says a lot when the entire team cares about customer service. Great work Toronto Rd Tim Hortons! Thanks for always being a feel good location!
They should focus on the exterior of the building as it was not good to see while you’re on drive thru.

All Tim Hortons are bad anymore but this one tops them all! Very rude staff Messed my order twice Dropped my donut on the floor and tried to give it to me 18minutes to get two coffee and two donuts Oh and I had to asked for a receipt from two different staff members
