Worst service I have EVER experienced had. Made a mobile order and waited over 20 mins for them tell me they don’t have the flavour. They had me waiting so long I was wondering Whether or not, I went to the right location. Left, going to go look for a completely different location that doesn’t exist. Tried calling and they hung up the phone. Then tried calling back and they ignored it. I always have a great experience at this Tims. Manjinder never fails to provided excellent customer service and always gets me my much needed coffee in a timely fashion. Would recommend this Tims 10/10
The service here is frustrating. The girl pretended she had no idea about either the sandwich or promotion I was talking about, despite both being on the board above her head while I was ordering, displayed on my app when I scanned my card and all over the tv at the moment. Tried to give me the wrong item then overcharged by more than $5 when I approached the desk asking about the dinner promotion specifically.
