Slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever experienced! Crazy how slow the staff were moving!
Received an excellent service. Specially, from these two girls name vemba and Sanjana awesome girls very good customer service and know their product.
Have complained a lot of times about their Steep Tea being cold.Was told that they have informed management.No action taken. Back to my favourite location Had a very tremendous experience with Sanjana and Vemba.All smiles and ready to serve the best Hot Steep Tea freshly brewed.
Since new management( Indian ) the service is the worse long lines , staff slow and rude in Durham area all over. Before was so nice good workers.
This location is always busy, no matter what time you go. Expect a long line and a good chance they'll be out of certain items. Just something to keep in mind if you're in a rush.
