Worst dirtiest Tim’s ever, full of flies on top of the donuts and the staff is soooo rude specially Bhavika who started sweeping the floor around us while we were the only people in the store and when I asked her not to broom as I was eating, I got the weirdest rude response that we always clean while customer is around and kept cleaning as nothing is requested. The attitude here shows that they are used to be the worst.
The place was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty and full of flies. Even at the entrance, someone threw up and the staff didn’t clean it. Flies were all over the donuts, and when we told the guy to remove them, he just took the donuts and threw them away without cleaning anything. He left everything as it was and kept serving food to people without realizing that the flies had been on it. The night staff here are amazing. Always friendly, quick, and hardworking. They make late-night visits so much better. Truly appreciate their service
