This is my favorite Tims that I have ever been too. The team here is so kind and accommodating. I have twins and so sometimes I make odd requests to make my life easier, the team here always does what they can. Today one of your staff really took the time to work with me because yall were out of a few things. She was patient, asked follow up questions, and really went above and beyond for me. I'd rather go to this location than the one in Innisfail any day!
A HAIR in my bagel!!! Absolutely disgusting. I sent an email and head office replied, saying the location would get back to me. They did not, so I decided to leave a review. I ordered on February 24, 2026, between 07:40 and 07:45. Never eating Tim Hortons again. 🤢
