It was my first time ordering at the Peace River location, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I ordered a Blackberry Protein Quencher and spent about 10 minutes in the drive-thru after placing my order, only to receive the wrong drink at the end. When I finally got to the window, the worker mentioned they were just starting to make my drink, which was frustrating given the wait time. One of the main reasons customers choose the drive-thru is to save time, so this experience really missed expectations.

Experience was not good this time. It was early morning when i came to drive through window for my morning coffee. I just asked the lady ‘’ you guys scan points’’ but lady replied “you have to tell me first you want to scan point’’. Even i ask her before paying my bill. I think as an employee at Mcd., Tim Horton we also have to ask customer, “are you collecting points?’’. Most of Tim Horton like at airports they don’t scan points.
