Spent 15 min in drive-thru which isn’t unusual for a Sunday. Ordered a cafe mocca with whipped topping. It’s hit or miss with this drink but what I got was by far the worst I got in the last 15 years. Looked like tea tasted like watered down coffee, had to throw it out. Very disappointing☹️
The service is very slow. Some staff are wonderful but a majority of the staff look so angry and have no costumer service skills.the tables were dirty and had empty cups and trash left behind from others. This store is very poorly managed. This will be my last time at this location.
