I go to this Tim Horton's all the time. I've been doing it so long, I think they all know my name. I actually run into previous employees when I stop at other Tim Horton's throughout Alberta. They are a very friendly lunch. Grabbie is especially kind. He enquires quite often above my son, who is in the hospital, and how he is doing.

Yesterday I came in with a couple friends of mine and one of their drinks was wrong. I’m right away. I brought it up to the counter and they no questions as it was made so what that said great service. The hospitality is fantastic. I wanna give a shout out to supriya keep up the great job.
The first person who took my order messed it up. Told me my drink was correct, however I took it up back up and Supriya noticed me up at the counter, she me not to worry and took my drink and fixed it right up. Now that's what I call great service.
