Matt and Sam were absolutely phenomenal at honestly, they delivered the kind of service that turns an ordinary stop into a full-on highlight of the day. My brother and I bought 2 large coffees to go and both tasted terrible. I hate to think they put something in the coffee , but it tasted rotten. This was at 11:45 p.m. on July 19. Not getting any coffee at night anymore there.
The drive thru works always leave you waiting for minutes at the order screen and has one car only receiving items at the window…. Very bad service. The younger black man who works the window is very nice though!
Extremely unprofessional service. A staff member named Kavera or kaveri working the morning . She was rude and verbally abusive for no reason. Her behaviour was completely unacceptable and made the experience very uncomfortable. This kind of attitude toward customers should not be tolerated. Management really needs to address this.
