Ordered one large black coffee from the kiosks as I was In a rush and they are advertised as saving time as opposed to being in line. After waiting 15 minutes and watching the line cycle three times, ordering meals, I left without my drink as I had somewhere to urgently be and wouldn’t have ordered had I thought it would take more than 5 minutes. Do not waste your time with the kiosks, the line is treated as priority. Previous experience ordering after waiting in line had been better.

Staff members are CONSISTENTLY friendly. Its obvious they work well together and enjoy what they do. Chelsea makes THE BEST americanos!
That staff is always super nice and friendly, the service is great and the environment is always nice and clean. Busy Tim Hortons but they do a great job 👍🏻
