The service was a bit chaotic, but the food was good. Lots of yelling between staff and load laughs. Just not so professional and a bit hard to understand the cashier’s English.
THE worst french fries i have ever had in all my years. they were dried up and tough like leather, no exaggeration, like they were left out for 2 or 3 days and bearly warm. I asked to have them replaced but the new batch were the same. My wifes were also the same, unedible. The fish we ordered with them were also dried out. My condiments fell all over the floor with nothing to put them on with my hands full of serviettes and the fish and chip box. NEVER again at that place
I think this is the best Tim's restaurant in Ottawa or Ontario as the food is healthy and nutritious, and there are some special menus for special request customers or patients.
