Worst service and worst food ever ordered a NO chipotle egg and cheese with extra hash brown all they gave me is egg and chipotle sauce (missing cheese-had zero hash browns and was cold) How can you get the order wrong everytime i have tried walk in- drive through- pre ordering stuff still haven’t got a single order right by them. Don’t waste your money on this tims. Either the staff is ignorant or the mod is irresponsible.

Really disappointing experience with an employee named Dania. We simply asked if she could add an extra pump of sugar syrup to our Hazelnut Cold Brew. It was not busy at all, yet she responded in a very rude and dismissive manner and acted as though she didn’t understand what we were asking. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude when we were making a simple and reasonable request. We understand if something isn’t possible, but it could have been communicated politely. Very disappointing experience. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with additional turkey through the mobile app, but received a plain grilled cheese with no turkey at all. I paid extra for an item I didn’t receive. The order was clearly incorrect and the service was careless. Very frustrating and not acceptable.
