I order a dozen of donuts and 4 frenchvanilla at 8:30 pm they told me we don't have . I told them what time will be ready for me they told me tomorrow. I ask what time you close they said 10 pm I figure out they closed at eleven thirty. I guess I have to go to gas station to order. Could you please stop messing up my order and taking so long?
I ordered food and waited over 30 minutes without receiving my order. When I finally received it, the food was cold. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and the staff seemed to have no idea how to properly handle customers or resolve the issue. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.
