Fly loves their donuts
I have never written a review before, but the service here is so great i feel compelled to do so. I come here quite regularly, and the staff here are better than any other location I have visited. They are always fast, yet remain friendly and professional. When huge orders are made, they never show signs of frustration or anger which i sometimes see elsewhere. I always feel welcome here. Couldn't recommend it more
(Almost) Every morning I’m in a rush I stop in this Tim Hortons for coffee and a bagel, while the food is always the same (great bagel, great coffee) the staff never fail to make my day better. They always greet everyone with a smile and are so kind that it makes you want to come back. Especially the lady (I think one of the managers?) is especially kind and welcoming and is definitely one of the main reasons I go to this location! Slow service, nasty environment, rude staff. This staff is absolutely rude and disrespect disrespectful. I asked for a manager many of times, and they simply lie and have flat out refused to let me speak to a manager, one even posed as a fake manager and laugh about it thinking I wouldn’t notice. They will disrespect you in their language, right in your face.
