The rudest bunch of people I have ever met. Always, always, always get comments when any one of us comes through the drive through. The pass through lady (that takes the money) is probably the most rudest person there. No please or thank you. This is not the first time this has happened. This is an ongoing thing and reading the rest of the comments, its happening to everyone. Something needs to happen to make this place more welcoming. Terrible service today with slow and rude staff. 5 minutes for 2 cars in front of me, 3 parked in parking lot to wait for their orders after going to window. Same lady barking at the young gentleman working the drive thru window who served me 2 months ago the last time I dared to come to this location. Wait times consistently are way longer than any other location ever. Unfortunate that the manager and owner do not care about quality customer service and use the fact that they are the only location in Lacombe… it’s ok, Black... read more
Great experience! The service was fast and efficient. I got my iced coffee through the drive-thru in just 3 minutes.
Extremely slow even though there was no one in front of me. It took them 5 or more minutes to take my order at the drive thru, with no line. Then my extremely simple order was wrong and I had to go back.
