I wanted to order timbits until I saw hair on the honey dip timbit. Instead of throwing away the rest of the timbits since they might be contaminated, the employee threw out the few timbits that had hair on them and kept the rest on display. I feel sick and lost my appetite now🤢
This location is not equipped to accept mobile orders anymore. I placed a mobile order at 9:45am this morning, arrived a few minutes later, waited until 10:15am for my double double, and then left empty handed because I couldn't justify waiting over 30 MINUTES for a mediocre (at best) coffee. There is never a designated line for mobile order pick-up so a crowd of 10-15 people is always just huddled around the counter, making it impossible for the workers to know who was there first.
