Ordered a toasted cream cheese bagel there the other morning ... well guess Johnny wasn't shown the technique of toasting .. and not mention what amount of cream cheese to put on it. What I got was a bagel that wasn't toasted with hardly any cream cheese on it.
I always choose to come here for my coffee every morning. They always serve my coffee fresh. Thank you to all the employees here.
If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. I went to this location on Friday and remembered why I stopped being a Tim Horton's customer. The glory days of Tim Horton's where customer's were met with warm smiles and good customer service are long gone! Instead it's extremely poor service, workers who don't care about their job. I simply asked for sugar and butter, each person I asked kept telling me to go to the other person. No one wanted to take initiative to just take the condiments and hand them to me.
