Absolutely the worst Tim’s I’ve experienced which is saying something for Ottawa. It’s filthy and run down but the big problem is the lack of staff and clear lack of training. You can easily wait 5 minutes or more as the only person in line just to be served. If there is any kind of a line just forget it. Then there is the typical “we’re out of (eggs, or sausage, or wraps, or bagels…) at 8am.
