I visited that Tim Hortons location for the first time, and I had such a lovely experience! The staff were incredibly nice, sweet, and welcoming. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Their kindness and friendly service really made my morning! ❤ Great customer service and such a wonderful team! I’ll definitely be coming back. ❤ thank you😊
Morning weekday staff are excellent. But that's it. Any other time I've gone the coffee is flat tasting or service is slow. The lounge feels like an airport or terminal caf�
Ordered a Crispy Chicken Habanero Bowl from this Tim Hortons, but when I left and opened the bowl, there was no chicken in it at all. I went back and explained that the chicken was missing, and they did make me a new bowl. However, the way the staff handled the situation was extremely disappointing. Instead of simply apologizing and fixing the mistake, they kept questioning who made the bowl and insisting that they remembered putting the chicken in it. The service was extremely slow, waited for few minutes before my order was taken and another few min before I received my drink.
