Service was courteous and kind, but at 4 pm in the afternoon there was only a few left over stuff to order... nothing available, coffee was too strong for a double double... Not a lot of options.
Service is so slow, most of the time there’s only one person serving the line and another person at the pick up counter for online orders. During busy times you can stand in line for 10-15 minutes just to get a coffee
First, staff are lovely. They’re very nice and accommodating. My review concerns the fact that mobile orders clearly take precedence over in store customers. Further to this, there is generally only one person staffed at the front for the morning rush, therefore it takes too long to be considered a quick stop for a coffee on the way to work.
