The food is good, as always but the wait is PAINFUL. 4 people in front of me, and ~6 workers, an order was taken every 10 minutes, while staff is busy restocking & doing bits cleaning that seemed unnecessary for how many people where waiting. I understand you need to restock, but you are 6 minutes behind on drive thru, and haven't taken an order in 10 minutes. I waited about 25 minutes for my order to be taken. Server at drive thru was rude, giving us attitude while we just needed some patience. Stuffed napkins onto our fritter to screw up the glaze and was rude rushing us at the window. Pathetic for service, may you find someone more polite than that middle-aged woman.
4 people ahead of me in line, 3 people working behind the counter. All 4 people were served and left. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes, and all 3 served the drive thru. Do better. The worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Bathroom was very clean.
