I walked in to order a coffee and an iced cap. The lady at the front was busy so I patiently waited for a few minutes. When she turned around and saw me waiting, she huffed as if annoyed that I was waiting to order. She then approached the counter and said nothing. Amazing staff. Always greet us with a smile and make sure our order is being handed out right. Nice and cozy place.
That old grumpy lady on the counter needs to go, if this Timmies needs customers. Such a pathetic customer service!!
Changing my 3 stars to a 1 star. These guys just can't seem to get the order right........ever. I go here 2-3 times per week, because it's close to my house and over the past 6 months they have a 90% error rate. My orders aren't even hard. Crazy.
