I’ve usually had good experiences at this Tim Hortons, especially with the ladies who work in the morning and they’re always friendly and efficient. However, the employee pictured was extremely rude and disrespectful during my visit. If I see her working there again, I’ll be turning around and heading to another Tim Hortons instead. No one deserves to start their morning with her rudeness
I waited in line for quite a while with other customers, and no one was coming to take our orders. Fortunately, a girl came over to help, I didn’t catch her name, but she had blonde hair, blue-green eyes, and looked to be around 20. She was amazing! I could tell she was frustrated that no one else was assisting customers, and she even spoke up to the other employees, reminding them that people were waiting and needed to be served. I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for a while now, and I’ve got to say, the manager Parneet is absolutely amazing! The store is always clean, the staff are friendly, and everything runs super smoothly — you can really tell there’s great leadership here. Parneet and the staff always greets everyone with a smile and makes sure customers are happy. Love the positive vibes and the great service every time I stop by!
