Slow and rude service. More talking then working.
Wife went in to get an ice cap and a frozen lemonade for us. Bees actually buzzing around the donuts and pastries, staff got the order wrong. Absolutely disgusting what this once proud Canadian chain has become.
I found egg shells in my 2 morning breakfast sandwiches it was brutal they were good but who wants that and coffee was not fresh even though they just opened
I ordered a turkey wrap with no bacon because I do not eat pork. I started eating it and realized there was bacon inside. I called the store, and a lady answered. When I told her there was bacon, she said: “I made that wrap and I didn’t put bacon.” I told her, “Well clearly there’s bacon if I bit into it and see bacon.” She still repeated, “Well I didn’t put bacon in it.” So not only did they mess up my order, but I was basically called a liar. Went to get some food and drinks and the new Canadian was very disrespectful no greeting no smiles and almost seemed like she didn't want to work there! being rough with the food and drinks I bought almost tossing it on the counter not a very good experience if you don't like your job you shouldn't be working there if you don't like working with people! Find a job where you don't have to work with people
