I had to return omelette bites because they were still runny in the middle. The worker had to get the manager and neither asked me what was wrong with the order. After my refund I asked the manager if he was interested in what was wrong and he reluctantly obliged. I told him they were still runny in the middle and he told me they were supposed to be that way.
