I usually don't complain as I've worked in food service, but this location is completely ridiculous. I stopped at this location this morning around 7:15 am to get an iced coffee and a scrambled egg wrap. I am lactose intolerant, so I always order my coffee with almond milk and even confirmed it at the window yet it was made with cream.
