Very bad service honestly, came here twice! First time ordered two lattes and paid for two lattes. Got watered down plain coffee instead. Had to go back and ask for the right coffee. Second time ordered and they gave it to someone else while we were right there waiting. Didn’t see or hear anyone taking our order. Super unprofessional.
I am one in Orangeville and you have to order through a kiosk and I wanted to pay cash but doesn’t seem I can. And there is an elderly couple trying to place their order but they have no idea how and there is no one to help them. Don’t like this
