Tim Hortons has gone downhill big-time yet less food and yet the price stays the same or got a little higher. The people in there can hardly understand English when you ask for something.

We stopped by Tim Hortons in Starwood while just passing through, looking for a quick bite to eat. At the counter, we were greeted by a young woman named Sunila, and I have to say — her service truly stood out. She kindly asked if I had a rewards card, and when I mentioned it was tucked away and I didn’t feel like digging for it, she warmly encouraged me to take my time, explaining how important and beneficial the rewards program could be. They charge more then any Tim's I've been too. The people that served us were rude. Avoid at all cost. Go to A&W.
I wish they would do a better job training their people to the standards of a normal Tim Hortons - orders get missed, food is wrong. Kind of frustrating to deal with.
