We went through the drive through and had a coupon from our app for a flat bread. Their scanner wasn’t working and thus we were unable to use the coupon and were charged full price. Other than a curt apology nothing was offered to make this right. Other Tim Hortons franchises would have bent over backwards to make this right but not here. Really disappointed. I only got a coffee. I was already an hour into my drive and this was a great place to stop easy access not to busy and easy to pull out of going the opposite way. I would recommend. The staff was young but they were all working. Good to see and pretty quick as well.
