Really bad service . Coffee was also cold.
Just wanted a crispy chicken wrap, found out the chicken was just hard stick.not at all chewable . That was my dinner that i had to throw
My number 1 go to Tim's. The staff are great. I've never left upset about service. A guest took my deli order by accident, after it was remade the deli worker brought it over to me and apologized. They go out of their way to make it right and make you feel appreciated.
