Where to start, one of the worst experiences I have had in a Tim Hortons to the point I may never go back and this is usually a daily stop for me. The atmosphere was dirty and smelt like 7 year old mop water, the Lady behind the cash took almost 5 minutes to turn around and see I was waiting to be served. When I ordered A Crispy chicken Bacon ranch wrap she mentioned they were out of crispy chicken, it's 2pm in the afternoon.... Absolute joke of a Tim Hortons, go there at 2 pm and ask for a turkey club they have no buns to make the sandwich with, are you joking me? This place might as well not even be open they have no donuts or any bakery like how is this place even stay open? Avoid at all costs
I would like to acknowledge this Tim Hortons for all the people who make it possible for this shop be the best for my taste in Okotoks. Maybe the menu and the way the food is prepared is the same as all the others but the service offered at this place is simply excellent.
