Honestly, this has to be the weirdest Tim Hortons ever. I came through the drive-thru today and asked for a plain croissant, toasted with butter and hash browns inside — nothing crazy. They straight up refused, saying they don’t make croissants into sandwiches. Then at the window, when I asked why, the worker said they *only customize if they’re not busy*. So basically, customer service depends on their mood? That’s ridiculous. No consistency, no effort — just excuses. Definitely not coming back to this location.
