Please change your hours on the app. Because both the Tim Hortons app and Google say the inside is open 24 hours. I wanted to get some steps in and walked there. Ordered on the app a couple mins before I got there and it went through fine at 10.54pm. Arrive there and the doors were locked. The staff is rude af. The girl we dealt with said she’s the store manager and won’t even tell us her name. She won’t even provide us with itemised receipt for our work. When asked for it. She just said that we should return the coffee and get a refund instead.
Staff is very rude , don’t know how to welcome customers. They always make my coffee wrong. If I order medium they gave me small. I prefer to go to other locations because they gonna ruin your day.
