Horrible experience, had to return three times , still got my order wrong. Flies inside the food display. Couple of employees were wearing filthy clothes. Worst experience on a Tim Hortons ever.
Previously aCanadian staple, Tim Hortons has seen a big decline in quality. The coffee used to be the go-to, and food items and service are often poor and inconsistent. It’s more of a quick convenience stop than a quality cafe experience.
I went through the drive thru this morning and the girl on the speaker violently raised her voice at me because she could not hear. This is not how you’re suppose to deal with customers.. you ask them to speak up politely. I go to this time Hortons everyday.. sometimes even multiple times a day, but with how I was treated this morning, I probably won’t be back again. DO BETTER
