Had to wait 14 minutes for a scramble egg breakfast box... it would have been 10 minutes but they got it wrong. Then they ran out of ingredients to make it. They gave me a refund and have lost my business entirely.

Horrible! When you have promotions such as roll up the rim, “ Ryan’s” donut the company should be responsible for having the “ special box” or even the cup the fact that they don’t is shameful! The attitude of Annette needs to be addressed I didn’t like how she handled a younger person it was cruel and unnecessary
Slowest Tim Hortons ever. Most times only one till open. If you order food it's hastily thrown together, the wrap I had was terrible.
