0 stars — Terrible customer service They got my entire order wrong and, when I asked about it, the staff gave me attitude instead of trying to resolve the issue. They didn’t fix the coffee or the food at all. I then asked for a refund, but instead of giving me a refund, they charged me even more. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. This place is like weird like a staff was like taking a picture of no one there and bowed down like people do to like a majesty and it's just weird. Other Tim Hortonses are like similar in a way. Today told them Queen Elizabeth 2 is here like inside of me also told them James Carters' (Sean 'LOVE' Combs) wife Russian Woman from Ruki Vverh Mama Live Performance video that was seen crying with brown ring identified as Nadia is here. She's like Russian, there is a matter with RCMP and Russian Authorities with this woman. I don'... read more
Waited in no line in the store for five minutes while I watched 6 employees prioritize drive through. It wasn’t until I took out my phone to make this complaint that they “noticed” and “served” my friend and I. We were met with attitude, teeth sucking, eye rolls and overall a rude and unwelcoming atmosphere. The food was falling apart and made me sick. Won’t be going back.
