This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at ANY Tim Hortons. Over a month ago, I STOPPED coming here because the staff at the drive-thru kept RUSHING me while I was trying to pay. One girl even said, “If you don’t pay faster next time, I won’t make your drinks” — with a SMUG LAUGH, as if being DISRESPECTFUL was “funny.” ABSOLUTELY NOT. Перепутали заказы. Не могли отличить один клфе от другого, искренне недоумевпли, когда я объяснял, что два кофе в меню, отличаются. Я пальцем в экран показывал, меня всё равно не понимали. Заказ отдают первому кто протянул руку, без проверки. То есть, теоретически, любой человек может зайти и забрать любой заказ.

We frequently visit this Tim Hortons location as it is close to our workplace, often ordering coffee and bagels. Unfortunately, our experience with the bagels has been consistently disappointing. Despite always requesting extra butter, what we receive is often under-buttered—sometimes not even meeting the standard amount.
