Food and service were excellent
I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members during my visit. When I greeted her with a “hi,” she didn’t acknowledge me at all—just stared without saying a word. She took my payment, handed me the coffee, and again, said nothing. The interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. Basic politeness goes a long way, especially in customer service. I hope the staff can be reminded of the importance of friendly and respectful behavior.
