The standard Tim Horton. It is quite busy and the wait is very long if you are getting any food item. They are relatively fast if you are only picking up coffee. They really need more staff at busy times.
Went to Tim's to get a chicken wrap meal. My sister ordered a wray and an ice cap. We didn't get the fries with the meal. Then I was told we needed to pay more and to keep my ginger ale because I opened it. The server was great but the resolution to the problem was poorly handled. The person who dealt with the situation was Komal, not happy with the end result. I think a customer should be able to get all their money back if their needs weren't met, especially when returning all products. A better policy is needed to address... read more
I’ve honestly never been treated like that before. When I was asked if I paid somewhere else, it felt like I was being accused of trying to steal a coffee. I even paid extra, so the whole situation honestly felt disrespectful and uncomfortabrle especially over an Americano.
Ordered Oreo cap…. Barely full, bad service. Cream was way too little.
