Downstairs Tim's - The service was terrible. The person who took my order was very rude. I ended up not getting what I wanted to order because of it and went upstairs to Starbucks who were very polite and accommodating. I also saw an employee put her finger in steamed milk to check the temperature and then saw her use it in a drink. This type of unsanitary practices are unacceptable anywhere. Dear Tim Horton The services was very chaotic workers did not understand who was taking care of what; I asked them multiple times for my scrambled box. When I got the order, they did not give me a fork or when I went to open the box they forgot the bacon and I ordered it with bacon. I feel that they need more attention and a little bit more respect for the people that are ordering food and their time. I had a coworker.
