Out of stock for most items and the wait time was too long. They definitely need more staff to help them out.
I had a wonderful experience at the Tim Hortons in Humber River Hospital. At first, my order was made incorrectly, but the staff handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. I’m writing this review to share the truth about the very toxic and stressful environment at this Tim Hortons location. New employees are not trained properly—no one is ready to help or teach them. Everyone is scared to speak up because they fear losing their job. Two supervisors, Saritha and Jaya, often create more stress for team members.
