Low food standards, horrible wait times.
Horribly slow service. Even when ordering from the machine. Shocking for a busy location. If you can, avoid and go to the Tims at Keele and Wilson.
This is easily the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Mobile ordering 35 minutes ahead of time still won’t do you any good. They never mark things out of stock in the mobile app, so be prepared to find out that half your order is missing when you get there and ask why it’s taking so long. The staff is so disorganized and frantic all the time, and it doesn’t seem like they have a system in order. This location needs serious retraining.
