Horrible. I waited at the cash register with my son for 20 minutes with people standing around not helping us. One employee was mopping watching us instead of jumping on the cash to help us. I worked at Tim’s when I was 15 and we were told to immediately help customers. I also watched a guy make a pizza and stand near the register to wait for it instead of grabbing our order. Terrible. I will continue to avoid Tim’s because this is the level it’s at. Never go to this location if you can help it.
