They hired new staff, they dont know about mobile orders and seemed super confused when I showed them, I was then told "one second" and then was ignored until I took the reciept to a different staff member. The clearly haven't been trained much, they are ignoring any and all duties such as the garbage (photo attached)
Very Disappointing Experience The washroom was in absolutely disgusting condition—dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not being maintained properly. After seeing the condition of the washroom, you honestly feel uncomfortable even buying something from inside. Tim Hortons should pay much more attention to cleanliness and hygiene

I was behind two people & when I ordered I said “Ice Capp” but THEN I asked (Benson) what flavours they had, He said Vanilla ok that was familiar Chocolate & Caramel ok fair enough but he had me at Roasted Hazelnut!!! Which I bought Large with Whipped Cream and Chocolate Drizzle made especially by (Jannatul Ferdaus) Try it! its a must if your not Allergic. Great Experience THEY LISTEN, Therefore I be visiting them more frequently.
