Usually all Tim Hortons locations are about the same to me, but this location had particularly good service, very friendly and efficient.
I’ve been coming to this location for some time now, and the new staff has been a wonderful addition. I’d especially like to highlight Ipek on cash her cheerful smile and positive attitude always brighten my day and start it off on the right foot.
I always order the Iced Capp and it’s usually perfect. This time, when Pratham made it, the taste was off. I explained politely and asked for a replacement, but instead of simply fixing it, he tried to prove me wrong. Mistakes can happen, but a kind and helpful response makes a big difference. I hope the service can be improved for next time.
