Ignored for 20 minutes while there were no other customers in store. No acknowledgement at all.
Very disappointed, the guy who was preparing the food was coughing over the food while he was preparing it.
The speed it is really slow with not even a lot of people. The staff always walk around and not focusing taking care the line up. Taking care the line up seems like not important.
Ordered through mobile app and set to make the order now. When I arrived, they are just about to make my order. There were no customers in line and looks like there were no other orders besides mine. The staff told me it'll take another 15mins to finish my order. The rice and quinoa were old.
This is a terrible location. I just went in and had to wait 15 min ordering from the counter. The system between online and in person orders needs to be made more efficient. Two guys on the till and only one person making food, balancing in person and online. No wonder there was a wait. Also the food was not warm. This location needs to close
