Waited at the counter @ 6pm on Halloween. One staff walked past numerous times, I assumed this was as shift supervisor, the counter staff was serving the customer in from of me. She served him his order of soup. She then walked away from the counter with zero acknowledgment. The other staff in her costume continued to walk past the counter and zero acknowledgment of me standing there was given. Waited a few more minutes before walking out.
